2010 Sign-Ups

Registration will begin on Wednesday, March 24th and will continue to held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month through July. Registration will be held at Pizza Factory, 108 Main St., Winters from 6:00-8:00 p.m.. Registration forms will soon be available online for you to print and mail or scan and email.
Registration nights are also fundraiser nights to help raise money for the program. Pizza Factory generously donates 20% of their proceeds from these nights right back to us.
Payment is requested at time of registration. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please do so via this website by clicking on Pay Online to be redirected to a secure PayPal payment site. When you pay online, a confirming email will be mailed to you to verify the name of the participant.
Participants will not be issued equipment or uniforms until they have paid in full.
Cost:
All Football Players: $145.00
All Cheerleaders: $195.00
A $25.00 Veteran Discount is available for those players/cheerleaders that participated in and completed the 2009 program. Discount available only through the Youth Day sign-ups on April 24, 2010.
Practices will start in July. Dates and times will be available soon.
